Before we get in touch to pick a suitable time and place to sit down and discuss your goals, we will need you to gather financial information in advance. This enables us to develop a clearer picture of your situation.
We’ll need to see documents, including life assurance, mortgage, pension, savings, investments or bank statements. This is also an opportunity to outline the issues you’d like to discuss in our next meeting.

Once we have everything we need, we can get to work and assess your current financial position. At your initial review, we provide information about our services and explain how we charge and the type of advice we offer.
This meeting is all about you. It’s where we assess your assets and liabilities, discuss your objectives and priorities and consider your attitude to risk.
Preparing our recommendations
We begin to build a bespoke financial plan
We take all the information you provided during the initial review and develop a detailed financial plan. What’s most important to us is whether the plan will fit in with your goals and whether you are comfortable with the timescale for implementing the plan.
We research the market, review different products and providers and follow up with the preparation of a document that outlines a strategy tailored to you.
Discussing our recommendations
Discover what the plan is for your finances
Once we’ve finalised your plan, we will meet again to go over our recommendations in detail. We understand it can sound confusing, which is why we clearly explain why we’ve chosen specific solutions and outline any product features.
Our goal is to ensure that you understand why we have recommended certain products or a particular advice strategy.
Implementing your plan
Sit back, knowing everything is taken care of
Once you are happy with our recommendations, we will begin implementing them on your behalf. We take responsibility for you and ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
We will also work with your preferred professionals, such as accountants or solicitors, if necessary.
Reviewing your plan
Keep an eye on how things are progressing
Having an annual review allows you to stay on top of your finances. We will provide you with invaluable insights into your current financial situation and help you set new goals. It also provides you with the opportunity to ask questions and get a fresh perspective on your financial situation.
The frequency and level of contact you have with us is up to you. It could be face-to-face meetings, over the phone or by email.
