Client Support Manager
I have worked in both customer service and the financial services sector for over 21 years. I am a competent administrator working as part of the wonderful team here at Regis Bentley Ltd, looking after our clients.
Previously, I joined Abbey PLC in 1993 as a Personal Banking Adviser. I enjoyed dealing with customers on a face to face basis and found the role very challenging and rewarding. With a lot of hard work and studies, I managed to work my way up through the company to be a Branch Manager of the Henley on Thames branch. I enjoyed my time, leading and focusing my team.
However in 2006 I moved area to be nearer my family here on the South Coast. I also decided to take up different challenge so became a Mortgage Processor and Administrator. This resulted in me processing up to 120 applications at any one time.
In 2009 I joined Bayliss Clarke Wealth Management and following various management and company decisions, I have been kept on as part of the Regis Bentley team. My strengths are my administration, processing and organisational skills, my extensive knowledge and experience in different fields of the financial services industry and the relationships I have developed with our clients. I enjoy liaising with all the clients and especially focusing on making sure that a consistent high level of service is maintained at all times.
Out of work, one of the things I enjoy is singing with the Portsmouth Rock Choir. We mainly sing raising money for various charities. I also enjoy baking and my office colleagues often reap the benefits of my cooking.
